Class Schedule
Essential Flow Yoga Class | Every Thursday at 6:30 PM
A slow-flow Ashtanga yoga practice infused with essential oils. Join me each Thursday evening for a cozy yoga experience designed to calm the nervous system, reconnect body and breath, and create a safe space to slow down
This gentle slow flow class blends grounding movement, mindful breathing, candlelit ambiance, and thoughtfully selected essential oils to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Beginners are welcome, and seasoned yogis will find plenty to enjoy too.
Each week will feature:
a unique aromatherapy blend and class theme
intentional yoga sequencing and breathwork
gentle yogic philosophy inspired by the yamas and niyamas
relaxation + nervous system support
meditation with crystal singing bowls
a cozy community-centered space
Themes and oils will shift throughout the seasons, offering different experiences centered around grounding, rest, clarity, contentment, emotional balance, and deep relaxation.
$15 drop-in or $55 for a 6-class pack *Package must be used within 90 days.
Pre-registration is optional, walk-ins welcome. Click on the Book Now button to register and pay online. Cash and Venmo also accepted in-person.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to get settled in.
Please inform me ahead of class if you have any sensitivities to scents, injuries, or ailments. Aromatherapy is used lightly throughout class. Those with scent sensitivities are welcome to reach out with any questions or accommodation needs.
New students are required to sign a waiver before class begins in person. Or if you pay online, you must accept the online version prior to paying.
